I am so happy that Morgan Spurlock has found a way to reach both adults and kids alike. This film will create change for the better in homes and in the school's food system. As I am writing this I just got a call from a high school student asking me for resourses to help her present a case to the school system to change the food. YES!.

This young man literally risked his life, to create this documentary, which provides sound scientific proof that McDonald's fast food is both addicting and dangerous. He went on a 30 day diet of McDonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The before and afters of his blood work are outrageous. The test don't lie.
